The necessary investments depend on the partnership model chosen. They can include training, possible production facilities and marketing. We are happy to advise you individually on your specific requirements.

We offer our partners comprehensive support, including training, marketing materials, technical advice and access to our network. You will also receive your own NiTO partner website and access to our digital tools.

The onboarding process includes a detailed introduction to the NiTO system, product and sales training, and setting up your individual partner infrastructure. We accompany you step by step on the way to becoming a successful NiTO partner.

Quality assurance at NiTO takes place on several levels. A central element is the renowned Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in and for Germany . KIT regularly carries out independent tests and audits of our production partners. These external controls complement our own strict quality measures. Our internal quality management team also carries out regular on-site inspections and ensures that all partners comply with NiTO quality standards.

Through this combination of independent testing by KIT and our own comprehensive quality controls, we guarantee that every NiTO wooden brick – regardless of the production location – meets our high quality requirements. This means our customers can always rely on the consistently high quality and performance of our products.

NiTO wooden bricks are made from six plank sections that are connected by patented wooden nails. The production process is designed to be efficient and requires special machines that we make available to our production partners.

A NiTO solid brick measures 40x40x15 cm and weighs about 10 kg. The half brick is 20x40x15 cm and weighs about 5 kg. The bricks are made of solid wood of strength class C24 and have a residual moisture content of 10-15%.

We use certified wood of strength class C24. The exact type of wood may vary depending on regional availability, but must always meet our strict quality requirements.

We have strict quality controls at every stage of production. This includes the selection of wood, the manufacturing process and the final inspection. We also carry out regular training and audits with our production partners.

The production facility should have enough space for the manufacturing equipment, storage of raw materials and end products. A stable power supply and good logistical connections are also important. We support you with the planning and setup.

Special NiTO machines are required for production. We offer various options from manual to semi-automatic production lines, depending on the required capacity.

NiTO wooden bricks are made from 100% pure solid wood without additives or adhesives. This makes them completely recyclable and allows them to be easily returned to the material cycle at the end of their useful life.
